We have an awesome How-to/ Tips and Tricks Embroidery /Serger event in Lewiston on June 8th- We are so excited for you to attend! We don't have ALL of the details yet, but we want you to get it on your calendar, so we're announcing it now.
You can chose to do a full day class (8am-5pm) and get both the Serger tips and tricks/how-to AND the Embroidery tips and tricks/how-to
-OR-
A half day class ( 8am-noon or 1pm-5pm) which will feature either the Embroidery OR Serger class. We aren't sure which class is in the A.M and which is the PM class yet. Lunch will be provided no matter which session you decide to attend.
Half Day Class Fee: $55
Full Day Class Fee: $90
OR if you have a class pass- the full day event will be $75
We are bringing you the most fantastic teacher, Katrina Walker.
Katrina Walker is a designer, educator and author known for her expertise in construction techniques, textiles, machine embroidery, and Modern American Pojagi piecework. Her work is regularly featured in sewing magazines including Threads, Creative Machine Embroidery, SewStylish, Stitch, SewNews, and SewItAll. She is a popular instructor both at national sewing shows and online, where her classes for Bluprint (Craftsy), Taunton Workshops, BurdaStyle, and Craft Daily have enrolled thousands of students worldwide. She is a national educator for Husqvarna Viking and PFAFF sewing machines, and a Sulky Sewcialite. When not sharing the love of sewing, she is raising her own natural colored wool for her Spoiled Sheep yarn (spoiledsheep.com). You can find her online at www.katrinawalker.com.

Come join Kathleen and Breezi for some all night fun! Bring and treat and play till you drop! The Friday Night Sewcial is $10. For your $10 you will receive DINNER and $5 in store credit (good for that night only). This class fills up fast, so don't delay in reserving your seat.

Kid's Holiday Tree Class
Grangeville: Saturday, April 13th @ 10-1pm

Class Fee: $10 (or FREE with class pass) + Supplies Our sweet friend Jane Burgess is offering a kids class making Easter trees (or any other holiday- whatever fabric you want to use!) Your kiddos will love this hands on class. Come to class prepared with at least 75- 2 1/2" squares in whatever theme of fabric you would like.
Farmhouse Quilt Class (with bonus table topper!)

You will love this darling farmhouse quilt. Stars, aprons hanging on a line, and a farmhouse? Yes please. We discovered after making the quilt there is plenty of leftover fabric from the requirements to make the cute table topper too! 
Strip Race!!!!!

Our 7th annual Great Strip Race is happening in February! This year, we will be doing an super cute Strip Quilt featuring hot air balloons, which is perfect for 2-1/2in pre-cut strips (Jelly Rolls). Our Great Strip Race is famous for snacks, silly games with prizes, and lots of laughing as we quilt! This class fills up quickly, so be sure to sign up now. This is a fun quilt to make. The blocks come together very quickly and it looks much harder to make than it actually is. You get to use a fun new tool, the Creative grids 60 degree ruler (different from the 60 degree triangle ruler). This beautiful yet simple quilt comes together so easily. It reminds me of those gorgeous summer days driving out on the prairie and seeing daisies growing in the fields. With my leftover fabric from this quilt and a few scraps I had, I was able to make a beautiful table topper from the same book! Sweet. I love using what I have to make beautiful things. 
Drop Spindle Class
Grangeville: Saturday, May 4th @ 10-noon
Instructor: Megan Parsons

We have a special class available for you! Megan Parsons is going to teach you how to spin yarn on a drop spindle. Fee includes your own drop spindle plus 4 ounces of hand dyed roving wool.   Stellar Table Topper

 Learn to make Foundation-Pieced Quilts
Grangeville: Saturday June 8th @ 10-3pm
Instructor: DeAnn Rauzi
Class Fee: $10 (or FREE with class pass) + Supplies
This class is a great class to learn how to make paper pieced blocks. During this class you will be making 3 blocks- from easy to intermediate to more difficult. DeAnn will go through this process with you with expert care and instructions. We hope this sparks joy and confidence in paper piecing!
**Each class has a Supply List. There may be additional class costs for special sewing supplies, such as patterns, or special rulers, etc. Fabric requirements will be listed. Once you register for your class and receive your Supply List, you will qualify to receive a 15% discount on all required supplies. To receive the discount, you must have your Supply List with you when you make your purchase. NOTE: Students are required to have their own patterns and tools during classes. This enables the classes to stay on the curriculum schedule rather than having the class wait while students borrow supplies from each other.**
