New Classes for you!

Hi Quilters!

Just a reminder that this month is National Embroidery Month! Husqvarna viking has amazing deals on all embroidery software. Did you know that our Premier+ software is compatible with all brands of embroidery machines?

Did you know we also have a QuiltDesign Creator software program that you can do quilting designs?! It is some sweet stuff!

Mark your calendars that we will be at the Home and Garden Show! We are so excited to mingle with you outside of the shop. Be sure to stop by and say Hi!

Have you thought of your UFO projects??? They are so excited to get finished! Bring them on in and participate in the challenge. The worst that can happen is projects getting done.

We are still accepting sign ups for February and March :D
That's right... we're doing a UFO (un-finished objects) Challenge. If one of your goals for the New Year is to wrap up some unfinished projects, we're here to help! The UFO Challenge begins January 6th and runs through March 31. Each of those three months bring in up to 3 UFO's no later than the 10th to register them for $1 each. Return with any or all of them completed by the last day of the month and for each one finished your name will be entered into a drawing. Well draw a name each month and the winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to the shop! Just think.... if you play for all three months you could finish up to nine projects!

For quilters, UFOs may be quilts, table runners, or wall hangings or purses, etc... - no size restrictions. For knitters and crocheters, anything unfinished on the day of registration is elegible.
Quilters: Take 15% off batting and backing fabric if you purchase those items for your UFO on the day you register. Knitters/ Crocheters: Take 10% off anything you purchase on the day you register your projects.
We  look forward to seeing what everyone brings in for thee challenge!

We will see you soon!
From our laps to yours,
Jody and her peeps at Home Grown Quilts

Tatting is a technique for handcrafting a particularly durable lace from a series of knots and loops. Tatting can be used to make lace edging as well as doilies, collars, accessories such as earrings and necklaces, and other decorative pieces.  We are scheduling two days for you to learn (it isn't a two-day class, it is one class on each day.... does that make sense?), because we are so excited to teach you this cool timless technique!

**Each class has a Supply List. There may be additional class costs for special sewing supplies, such as patterns, or special rulers, etc.  Fabric requirements will be listed.  Once you register for your class and receive your Supply List, you will qualify to receive a 15% discount on all required supplies. To receive the discount, you must have your Supply List with you when you make your purchase.   NOTE:  Students are required to have their own patterns and tools during classes.  This enables the classes to stay on the curriculum schedule rather than having the class wait while students borrow supplies from each other.**
